Learning some breathing exercises and relaxation techniques is effective in reducing anxiety as well. Abdominal deep breathing, yoga and meditation are some of the exercises that can keep you calm and relax during anxiety attacks. A good sleep is important for this can make your mind, heart and body rest from all the stressors you encounter every day.   Enough rest can make you feel restored and refresh.

Living healthy can be combined with therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and exposure therapy to fight anxiety disorders.
